The NEW Interpretive Walk
What visitors will experience along the New Interpretive Trail?​

The Morleyville: Stories of the Land and People Interpretive Trail will take visitors from the parking lot along a walkway that leads to the restored McDougall Memorial Church building.
On the fence surrounding the building are the next five interpretive panels for people to explore

​Visitors can then walk by the Caretaker’s Cabin where they view more signs before moving through a gate that leads them to the aspen grove area.
Finally, visitors will end their experience at an area that overlooks the river that provides a fine vista while reading about Îyârhe Stoney legacy and building authentic relationships between the communities for the future.
Along the trail, visitors will discover the remarkable history and stories of the area through the interpretive panels.
Continuing an existing path past through the aspens, they will come to historic foundations and various features on the land, the remnants of the old settlement.
